2013 will be a year when the Lord will pose the question to His friends, His servants: “Will you cast your net one more time.” Just as that day for Peter, that question will be heard by a weary and tired heart that responds, “Lord I’ve toiled and caught nothing.” But, just as that day for Peter, the catch will be so great that we will have to call to our partners for help! Just as that day for Peter, our nets will threaten to break, and our boat will begin to sink.

2013 will be the year individual plans will be abandoned for the plan of the Lord. Peter had worked successfully as a fisherman for many years and yet his catch on that day was unlike anything he had experienced. It would stand to reason that this would be the beginning of a more successful fishing business for Peter. Instead of great rejoicing he fell to the knees of Jesus begging for forgiveness. Peter knew what was in his heart as he followed the instruction of the Lord. He got real honest with Jesus and the response of his Lord was, “Be not afraid. From now on you will catch men”. Jesus basically said “I’m not mad at you Peter, I’m getting ready to promote you!”

2013 will be no ordinary year! It will be a tipping point year that actually started in the last quarter of 2012. It’s a year of the sons of God being revealed. It shall be a year of circumstances that will provide a platform for great exploits in the name of the Lord. Circumstances that will appear to some as great tribulation, will to the servants of the Lord be seen as great opportunities! Those who have toiled all night and caught nothing, those who obey a command even though they don’t feel like it, those who think they are done for the day, will at the word of their Lord obey, and the catch will be so great they will be calling out for help from others!

2013 will be a year when the grave clothes of religion and the systems of men will give way to the ways of the Lord. Gender, denominational lines, theological debates, and watch-dog platforms will all give way to the overwhelming harvest of souls! “So when they had brought their boats to land, they forsook all and followed Him.” 2013 is the year Jesus will regain lordship of His Church! The systems of men and the ways of Egypt will flatten like a sandcastle hit by a wave of God’s wisdom and power. His people will begin to follow His voice and the great Army of the Lord will be a unified and awesome advancing force of goodness on the Earth. There shall be a great harvest of souls, miracles in the streets, joy in the hearts of many, and strength to face whatever plans evil thinks it may have staged.

2013 was the year evil thought it would execute a ‘slam dunk’. For decades now the players have been moving into position, their evil ball being advanced down the court of overwhelming arrogant dominance, their point man in position for the final humiliating play. They shall advance only to realize they’re playing the wrong game! An army of faithful and meek ones who have refused to eat the Kings meat, who have not grown weary in well doing, who have remained faithful no matter the cost are just beneath the surface ready to emerge with the awe inspiring presence of a nuclear submarine!

Get ready God’s people, strap on your armor, 2013 will give you the ride of your life! For Jesus is asking those faithful and obedient hearts: “Will you cast your net just one more time?”

2012 will be a year of “due season“. Many gardens planted and nurtured in the Kingdom of God will come to maturity this year. It will be a year where the true riches of Heaven will manifest visibly in the homes and lives of those who have sewn into the Kingdom. They have sewn to the Spirit; acts of obedience, tears of relinquishment, postures of restraint, time of commitment, and heart investments of faithfulness. And, they shall reap of the Spirit peace in the midst of turmoil, strength in the midst of fatigue, joy in the midst of sorrow, clarity in the midst of confusion, hope in the midst of discouragement, provision in the midst of lack, and an abundance of love in the midst of a strife. Their wisdom shall be sought for it will be from God. They have refused to lean on the arm of the flesh, they have refused to go down into Egypt for their help. They have allowed the burning fires of refining to do their perfect work. They have moved in acts of obedience in the caves of Adullam. And like Daniel, even though they have refused to eat the King’s meat their countenance shall be strong and visibly superior. They shall walk in the spirit of excellence that only a trust in the Lord can give. They are carrying the hope of this world for through their obedience to stay under the hand and command of their Lord they have been conformed to the likeness of their King.

They shall stand as a beacon in a sea of darkness and their hearts shall beat with the cry of their King: “All who are weary and heavy in heart, come unto me and I will give you rest”! All we have gained, all we will reap, will be for reaching out first to the household of faith and then unto the world. For He so loved the world that He gave, and in our walk of obedience which is our walk of crucifixion, we too will so love the world that we will carry the hope of His promise!

His name is Jesus and we are His own!!

The beginning of the most incredible move of God on the face of this planet has begun. It is visible to those whose eyes can see, but in this year it will begin to be seen by all. Jesus is the light of the world and He will begin to BEAM through those who are carrying Him!

2011 will be the year of unprecedented advancement for the church; a year of offensive momentum and highly effective and properly positioned defensive support. An emphasis on spiritual warfare has often times placed a higher focus on fighting the enemy than advancing the Kingdom.  That focus has actually empowered the currents of resistance and kept the saints very busy fighting instead of advancing.  I hear the words ‘tide shift’ and it will be in this year that what the church is doing will actually be consistent with the tide’s momentum.  We have, for many years, endeavored to advance a Kingdom against strong currents of resistance, much coming from within the walls of “the church”.  The resistance won’t lessen but ah the strength and endurance of God’s people has!

The Apostolic leadership that immerged in the church over the past several years has effectively brought a message designed to shift the focus of the church to the goal of advancement, and those who have moved in obedience to that directive have brought about this spiritual shift.  While they have been few in number, they have been as a small rudder on a huge ship and through much determination, endurance, faithfulness, and obedience have simply been unmovable in the face of resistance, determined to acknowledge the captain of the ship, honor the captain of the ship, submit to the captain of the ship, and obey the captain of the ship – easy formula – tough assignment!  Concurrently, those assigned to operate in spiritual warfare have come to understand and submit to their supporting role to under-gird leadership in their mission to advance the Kingdom.  This proper alignment has worked with instead of against the plans of the Lord.

The point at which currents shift, where the tide coming in meets the tide going out, produces a stand-still, it is the final fight for the eventual shift.   In 2010 we felt these effects.  Those who, in the face of pressure from both sides, stood faithful and committed, obeyed and did not compromise regardless of the cost, were seen like the Joshua’s and Caleb’s in God’s Kingdom and were found faithful to usher in the shift for Kingdom advancement. The strength required to stand, built the endurance now needed to go forward!

Take a deep breath church, put on your Kingdom clothes, make very sure you’re in proper position, because the scales have tipped and the currents of Grace have come.  We’re about to be carried on the wings of grace to execute the moves we have been taught, against a kingdom that has no legal right to stand against a Kingdom of all power and authority!  Begin to claim it for your family, your neighborhood, your workplace, you city, your state, your country, your world.  Your words, your hands, your very physical moves are carrying the power of God!  Proclaim the Word of the Lord into the atmosphere of Earth, and watch in awe as the atmosphere of Heaven overpowers what would dare to resist.

This shifting tide will wash against all that has been built and only that which was built by the Lord will stand.   2011 is the time where the church will be very grateful that the “third little piggy” was willing to build a house that will withstand the resistance that will come.  For there is no balance in a bank account that can produce faith,  no amount of Earthly possessions, position, or esteem that can produce an ounce of the power needed to speak life over and into a situation! It is not by might and it is not by power, it is not by systems, it is not by formulas, but it is by the Spirit our precious Lord!

The church in 2011 will play very exciting spiritual football!  We will realize; we have been given the ball, we have been trained to run with it, we know our positions, and we have been disciplined to submit to our place and do our job!  Because of this, we will run our offense effectively, advance God’s Kingdom with precision and excellence, and make our Daddy smile!

Get ready, get ready, get ready God’s people!    The word for 2011 is:

Remember what you know!

Believe what you know!

Do what you know!

We will work hard, we will get tired, there will be times of struggle but it won’t be as in times past, it will be with the joy of experiencing ADVANCEMENT!

And, we will cross the goal line with Victorious Laughter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“The Time is late and the hour is near when all we have been prepared to do, all we have been destined to be, will be called upon.  There is a quietness in the heavens shouting to my ears as if all of heaven is standing at attention, awaiting the trumpet sound.  Whatever preparation has not been done must be done quickly before we are to be called forth.  For the Lord promised to pour out His Spirit on all flesh, not just prepared and ready flesh.  At that time, whatever has been crucified will receive of His Spirit’ whatever has not will be exposed.”

The above passage is an excerpt from the book “A Servant of the Lord”. It was twenty-four years ago that I came to St. Petersburg surrendering my life to Jesus.  Ever present in my heart has been an insatiable hunger and thirst for Him, His people, and His word.  Way back then the Lord placed a vision in my heart for this area and for what He planned to do and see happen for His church.  Over the years as He has orchestrated my steps, taken me through some wonderful and not so wonderful experiences, the vision has remained strong in my heart.

I believe it is now time for this message to be released.  It is a message of hope, encouragement, and direction for this hour. It is an equipping message that charges all of us to persevere in the face of adversity; stand faithful in the face of discouragement; trust in the face of not being able to see, hear, or know at times; and to believe, no matter how dark it appears that our God is faithful!  We have to be ready for the fields are truly white with harvest.

The Lord prepares the ear to hear, and the heart to thirst for the message He places in His vessels to deliver, and I believe He is now allowing those He has chosen to carry refreshing water and igniting fire to those looking and longing for Him    If this stirs within you the familiar sound of our Father’s voice, and if I can serve you in any way it would be my great honor to speak with you.
